Only adults aged 18 and over may open an account. Sign-up asks for your name, mobile number and a password, and the number is confirmed with an SMS code.

Do not share your login. A new phone number can be linked only by our support team, and we may request a photo document before payouts or certain offers.

The account currency is AUD. Top-ups start at A$10 with no deposit fee; cash-outs start at A$50. Each method in the cashier shows its own timing.
